Rock climbing was fun and tiring at the same time. At times, I got stuck so I had to take breaks but that made me a strategist. When taking a break I had to analyze which path I was going to take. I wasn’t afraid of anything when rock climbing because I love heights. Some funny moments were slamming into the wall when I wasn’t paying attention to where the rope was going. Another funny moment was when Greg was belaying me and he didn’t want to put me down. At times I felt challenged was when there was a rock that was really far off and I had to try to reach it even though my muscles were so tired. Another challenge was pushing my leg up although it was already tired. Some climbing accomplishments were feeling like I can’t climb anymore but I push myself and make it all the way up. Another accomplishment was climbing up a hard route, although first tries I didn’t make it up I made it on the 2nd try because I pushed myself. In the end climbing can teach you that no matter how high the wall is, you can over come it.
Climbing for the first time was very scary. At first I thought I wasn't going to be able to climb up high because I'm very short and not very strong. I was also scared because I thought I was gonna fall off and break all my bones. But, I was wrong because in this picture it's noticeable that I got all the way to the top. Rock Climbing was a very good experience for me because it helped me get distracted and away from personal problems. Also, I made new friends and everyone was bonding. After I felt comfortable with climbing what I enjoyed the most was when I took a break halfway I would be swinging up high. Also when I climbed all the way to the top and then coming back down was very fun. The very first time I didn't want to let go because I thought I was just gonna fall off but now I got used to it and it feels good. I just found out that Climbing is good for me and I really enjoy it so for the future I'm planning to go climbing when I feel very stressed or bad just so I can get some time off everything and also for fun. I want to take my little brother too because I know he will like rock climbing since he always talks about how he wants to be an adventurous kid and experience new things every day.
